Over and under watering are a couple of examples of how your lovely houseplant can start to feel a bit sorry for itself. We all love our plants so much that some of us kill our plants with kindness by over watering them.
Cacti, Aloes and Succulents do require less water than most other houseplants, but the general rule of thumb for watering is to basically stick your finder in the soil. If it comes out dry (with no soil stuck to it) then you’re good to go.
This is just a guide, but will help you decide whether to be kind or not : )
If you have any questions about care for any of the plants you have purchased from us then do get in touch dawn@plantgeneration.co.uk. We might not respond straight away but we will always get back to you.
