DELIVERY

We currently use Royal Mail first class signed for, for the majority of our parcels – larger ones will be sent via UPS. We aim to get your plants dispatched within 1-3 days. Alternatively, you can pick them up at our barn, which is based in Appleton Wiske, North Yorkshire.

COVID-19

We always do our best to make sure your plants arrive on time. Delays in delivery due to Covid-19 may happen from time to time and we cannot be responsible, please contact us and we will help where we can.

PLANT CARE

Your plants mean the world to us and we do our very best to ensure they arrive in the best condition they can be. If you do find anything unexpected, you can get in touch with us and we will do our best to sort.

ORDERS

Once you’ve placed your order, we will email your order details to the email address you provided. Payments can be made securely online by using a debit/credit card or Paypal.

PAYMENT

We are currently using Paypal as our payment provider. You can also collect your plants from the barn if you wish, we will leave your plants ready to collect / pick up and we take social distancing very seriously.
